TUESDAY Meditation

Make meditation your priority in 2023. An antidote to stress, meditation teaches us to stay present, calm and balanced, cultivating inner peace. Inner peace enables us to deal more skilfully with challenges and to truly step into our power.

Join us at the Wellness Studio Barnabas Arts House 7.00-8.00 pm. This is a drop-in service so all are welcome. £7 per session.
