Mindfulness Mondays

Start the week with Mindfulness Meditation in order to relax the body, calm the mind, clear the stress & increase the energy levels to cultivate inner peace. Inner peace helps cultivate outer peace, which enables us to deal with challenges in a more skilful manner.

Join us at the Wellness Studio Barnabas Arts House 7.00-8.00 pm. This is a drop-in service so all are welcome. £7 per session.
