Wellbeing and Mindfulness are two words that have become part of our vocabulary. So much so that we can overlook their deeper meaning. Wellbeing is all about living life fully, physically, mentally and emotionally. Mindfulness guides us through each day so we can work with, and overcome daily stresses, worries, work and family pressures, as well as challenging life changes. The Wellbeing hub is a place where you can gain and share insights with like-minded people so that you leave feeling inspired and motivated. Join us on the first Saturday of every month.
